Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for sending the item back to us and covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Orders)
For goods delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
